Q.   Is the vinyl really SAFE and NON-TOXIC?

A.   Yes. Absolutely. We didn't just take the manufacturer's word for it. We performed human trials. We chewed on them, repeatedly. Each person took a personalized onesie and chewed the vinyl and chewed it, swallowing and swallowing. We had a lot of fun pretending we were babies chewing on our own clothing. Each person did this 3 times. Between "chewing parties" we washed the onesie in a load of regular clothes with regular detergent and dried it on a cotton setting. We wanted to be certain that washing and drying didn't release the vinyl or create an adverse effect on human beings. Well, we all completed the human trials -- or the "chewing parties" as we called these sessions -- and we're all in good health. So we do believe the manufacturer -- they are safe and non-toxic.

Q.    I found an item that I just love, but would like the wording to be just a little different. Can I do that?

A.   Yes. There's several ways to make a change to a design. If it's between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, give us a quick call and we'll take care of it for you. We would like to cover every possible variation on our web page, but it's just not possible. So we make ourselves available to assist you over the telephone. Yes, we're a real company with real staff ready to assist our customers.

If it's during the evening or on a weekend or holiday, don't worry, we have that covered also. There's a special section towards the end of the ordering process that is labeled "Customer Notes" where you can tell us what change you would like made on the product.
